We have just renewed our passports and what a pleasant experience it was. Contrary to all the bad publicity about the Dept of Home Affairs, we (family of three) only spent about an hour getting all the paper work, fingerprinting and payments done. Then, hey presto, 12 days later we were sms'd to say they were ready. Fantastic. Thank you to all the hard working and efficient staff at Home Affairs. Chris and Robyn Roberts

I can't agree more. I had Johan from Queue for me coming to my house to do the forms, photos and then I went to home affairs for the finger prints and within 7 days Johan delivered my passport. Between the 2 of them I had great service!

I also experienced good service and efficiency levels there.
I applied for my passport just before Christmas and was able to collect it last week.
No problems at all and was great to deal with friendly staff
